Yes this is a boring page so I'll try to keep this short!
We aim to ship every order within 3-5 business days after payment is cleared. Sometimes, during tours, it may take longer. It's OK to ask for signatures but depending on the season (if we're rehearsing or not) you may have to be patient, it's not like we sit in the same room all day long (sadly ;)).
All orders are shipped from Sweden using Priority Mail. Since we ship worldwide it's not so easy to estimate exactly how long each delivery will take but in my experience - once shipped - you can expect 3-5 business days within Europe and 5-10 days for orders going outside Europe.
The shipping cost depends on two things : the total weight on your order, and where it's going. You can always see your exact shipping cost from the "Shopping Cart" page (once you have added products to your shopping cart).
Unfortunately, certain rules applies to the following countries - and this is based on our 10 years experience of doing this :
Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Italy, Spain, Greece, Russia.
Due to the extremely high number of lost or stolen orders lately - we can no longer guarantee that your order will ever arrive unless you purchase the extra "Tracking & Insurance" service. I am sorry - but it simply became too expensive to ship twice to these regions ;). I hope you understand. Blame your government, not me :).
All orders are to be paid in advance by credit card or bank transfer. Swede's however do have the option to select invoice payments for an extra fee of 29 SEK, as well as Swish or Bankgiro. If you need a payment method that's currently not listed in the store, please let us know and we will find a solution!
Our store is located in Sweden and we charge 25% VAT (Sales Tax) within the European Union. Orders going outside the European Union will be sold tax-free, but your country's customs might charge you import fees. In our experience smaller orders (up to $30 + shipping) very rarely get taxed but every country has different procedures for this and it's way beyond my control but feel free to shoot us an e-mail if you're having questions or concerns regarding this, I'd be happy to share whatever knowledge I have gained through the years :).
We store your personal information with great care on secure servers and we don't share your data with any third parties - everything is kept on our own dedicated servers where only we have access. After your purchase we might harass you a bit on e-mail, encouraging you to leave product reviews, store testimonials etc. You will be rewarded with discount coupons or store credit for doing so. You can at any time unsubscribe from these e-mails. We don't store your credit card numbers - actually we have nothing to do with that info at all as they are fully handled by our carefully selected payment gateways - currently Paypal and Quickpay.
If you - for any reason at all - are not 100% satisfied with the stuff you bought you are of course free to return it for a full refund. Please contact us within 90 days of purchase and we'll sort it out. In case we did something wrong (wrong measurements, item not matching the product picture, or simply a faulty product etc...) we will of course reimburse you for the return shipping as well, and then either send you a new product or send your money back.
If the products does not live up to our high standards (or your expectations) we would truly appreciate to get to know about it! If you encounter any problems at all we'll be happy to send you a full refund or a new product (in case we don't have the product in stock anymore I suggest we either refund you, or perhaps suggest a similar product for replacement....). Just make sure to contact us within 2-3 years from the date of your purchase :).
Cancellation of orders
If you change your mind after you've placed your order - or simply want to do changes in your current order, please contact us immediately and we'll work this out in the best possible way :).
